Our Manufacturing Processes for Hard Material Technology in Detail
Tungsten carbide are produced through a high-precision powder metallurgy process. In this process, we mix fine tungsten powder with a binder, usually cobalt or nickel. It is then pressed into shape and sintered at high temperatures.
